Ryuk, the Bored Shinigami

This is my first drawing of Ryuk from Death Note! XD

When I first saw him I was like startled and like woah I remember him! Death Note was one of the first anime I knew about, but that was like five or six years ago and I got scared at the sight of him.
But now from Death Note, he's the one I like the most!!
Sure he can be scary. But he's the one that gives the humor to the story with his pointing-out-the-obvious-comments and reactions and an obsession for apples. The freaky thing about all this is that since I was eleven-years-old I got this freaky obsession with apples. No kiddin' it was like I ate four apples a day!
For the last year I began to forget about them...but then I saw Death Note! APPLES, APPLES EVERYWHERE!
And thus I fell again! ^____^

For this drawing I was looking for a pose were he was sitting from high above watching the human world beneath him, just like in the last episode. I left a blank background to let the setting like a mystery, with the exception of the moon that gives you a hint of the scenery...
It's made out of a mechanic pencil. Nop. No profesional materials there. I prefer the mechanic pencil at times.
